We arrived at the new Berlin airport 2 hours late and had to walk quite a bit to luggage claim. The hotel was sending a free taxi to take us to our hotel, but neither of us had any way to communicate with the hotel or the taxi. The taxi was to meet us with a sign "GEISER" at the luggage claim but there were lots of taxis but none looking for us. (We later found that he had called us but was unaware we could not receive or send messages.) Another taxi driver got his number and called him and he showed up in about 20 minutes. The ride was quick and he pulled up to a doorway and said "Here is your hotel"This is what we saw when we entered the door.
