We landed in London and had to go through customs and safety exam. They had different rules for what had to be scanned etc. To get there we had to walk and ride escalators up and down, ending in terminal A where our flight was posted on departures as "gate not available". Eventually, the gate was posted in terminal D which meant we had to walk and ride a tram to that terminal. We left London 2 hours late.
