You can bearly see the police tape ahead on the side walk (right behind the person with white shirt) and there were lots of police cars and vans parked in the street. The scooters and bikes you see here in picture are rentals and were left everywhere in the busy streets. Just noticed- that looks like Chris on right with yelow shirt.
