We ate breakfast about 3 or 4 times at McDonalds. They had an entrance at the street level with about 4 or 5 ordering machines and a pay station for cash and a pickup window for take out. Up-stairs they had a few more menu machines, 2 dining areas and the cooking area. One side had a great view of Breitschplatz.Menu was about the same as U.S.A. (Some serve beer, not sure about this one)
