Here is another news piece we were able to
download about the incident. We did notice
that there were lots of student groups along
our walk. Some were actually standing in
front of stores waiting for them to open.

This all took place at around 10AM in Berlin but 3am in Evansville, so we knew that it would be on news when the families woke in the morning. We sent texts telling them we were not involved and were okay.
